Owner/Operator Careers Pay Schedule

Pay $1.25 mile for reefer work, Plus or Minus FSC
Pay $1.23 mile for dry van work, Plus or Minus FSC

The Fuel surcharge is adjusted on a weekly basis

Fuel surcharge that is paid is based on the company fleet average which will be reviewed annually with the contract

The company pays the cost of plates and insurance

The first pick-up or drop is paid $20.00 each, second and third pick-up(s)or drop(s) are paid $40.00 each, the fourth and thereafter are paid $80.00 each.

Meat inspections are paid at $40 for a regular meat inspection and $80 for a full meat inspection

Annual review of the owner / operator contract

Monthly pay - on the 15th of the month for the prior month's revenue and expenses

Owner / operators will be reimbursed for all tolls, faxes and lumpers - providing they supply a receipt

Owner / operators will pay for all his own truck maintenance, equipment washes and fuel

Owner / operators will pay for their own group insurance

The pay will be based on Agri-Tel Transportation Inc. designated routes

Owner / operators are required to have a $3,500 insurance deductible holdback on account with us - which will be taken off the monthly settlement at a rate of $1,000 / month until the $3,500 is reached (3 months at $1,000 and one month at $500)
